I started out turning spanners as a master mechanic in a Coventry workshop, handling everything from complex BMW engine rebuilds to fixing up everyday workhorses. Over the years, I saw too many perfectly good cars being scrapped, and too many drivers being ripped off by unreliable scrapyard lotteries.
Smart Drive Car Parts was built to fix exactly that. We don’t just rip parts out of cars and throw them in a box. Because I’m a mechanic first, and a bit of a cleaning freak, every alternator, module and trim piece is properly inspected, cleaned and tested before it goes on our shelves.
