Plastic intake manifolds on modern BMW diesels have a tough life. Constant heat cycles, heavy boost pressure and thick carbon build up from the EGR system often cause the plastic housing to split along the seams, resulting in massive boost leaks, loss of power and endless engine light codes. We supply genuine, structurally sound OEM replacements so you can cure the leak once and for all.

This is a genuine BMW intake manifold (8513655 08 / 15020401390), pulled directly from a running B47 engine. We supply this exactly as pictured as a complete assembly. It includes the main plastic plenum chamber, the internal swirl flaps, and the electronic swirl flap actuator motor bolted to the side.

Every manifold that hits our workbench is given a strict visual inspection. We check the common weak points along the plastic seams for hairline boost cracks, and we verify that the swirl flap linkage arms are physically intact. It is a solid, honest replacement ready to be bolted straight to your cylinder head.

Workshop Note: while the original profile gaskets are pictured, we always strongly advise mechanics to fit a brand new set of gaskets prior to installation to guarantee a perfect seal under boost pressure.
